Once you arrive, you will hear many stories about the past and present times. The charming surroundings of the 20-room hotel, include a large swimming pool set in the manicured gardens. Roam further, and you will see staff growing organic herbs, fruit, and vegetables used in the delicious meals you will enjoy during your stay. They make olive oil and wheat for pasta dishes and also produce jam, wine and beauty products. I brought back one of their hand creams loaded with extra virgin olive oil and bitter orange essential oil. It transports me back to Italy every time I open the lid.
