From the first meeting to the last dance, our Full Wedding Planning and Design package is for the couple who would rather enjoy their engagement than spend it planning. It begins with an in-depth consultation to discuss your style and vision for your wedding. From there, we create a comprehensive plan for curating what will be an exceptionally beautiful and memorable day. After the initial planning stages, we begin making appointments, convenient to your schedule, with ceremony and reception locations, photographers, musicians, floral/décor designers, custom stationers and more. We accompany you to all local vendor meetings, site visits, tastings and final dress fittings. Additionally, we review contracts and ensure that you are comfortable with and understand all the details before you sign. On the day of your wedding, we are there to ensure that you are able to relax and revel in the beauty of the day and the love of family and friends that surrounds you.

Designed for the couple who has planned a majority of their wedding, our Wedding Day Management package is a “peace of mind” essential. We help pull everything together in the final weeks in addition to acting as your wedding day advocate and ensuring everything comes off exactly as you envisioned. Approximately two months prior to your wedding date, we’ll meet in person or virtually for the first of two meetings. During the initial meeting, we go over all the loose-ends as well as details of your wedding day so appropriate timelines can be devised. A subsequent meeting will be set up for a final walk-through of the wedding and reception sites. Clients have the use of our planning software throughout the duration of their planning period.
