Our Partial Planning Package allows you the flexibility to control the planning process with an experienced wedding planner by your side to guide you in your selections and provide advice whenever you may need it. This package includes a number of meetings with us before your wedding day. In addition, we’ll be available to you throughout the planning process to provide general advice and support to make planning less stressful and your wedding day more relaxing. ■ Monthly status call with planner through the duration of the planning process, with specific documents attached to aid in each planning step (ie., Site Interview Worksheet, Baker Interview Worksheet, Linen Worksheet, etc.).
■ Timeline questionnaire uploaded to your planning portal for you to work on at your leisure. This questionnaire asks many of the "nitty gritty" details we are known for such as: 1) How do you want the MC to announce you at the reception? 2) What drink can we have waiting for you at the reception? 3) Are you saving the top layer of your cake for your first anniversary and, if so, who is taking it home?
■ Complimentary loaner service of any available wedding props in our inventory (card holder, various glass jars for candy buffet, small selection of linens, floor easel for signage, cake stand and more.)
■ Securing guest room hotel blocks.
■ Guest RSVP Management.
■ Assistance with floor plan and seating arrangements.
■ Advisement of escort cards, place cards, programs, and menu cards.
■ Etiquette consultation.
■ Attendance at dress fitting for instructions on bustling of dress (schedule and distance dependent).
■ Rehearsal Coordination
■“Getting-ready” hotel suite numbers conveyed to stylists, photographer, cinematographer, florist and any other necessary vendors.
■ Final check-in phone calls / emails with all wedding vendors.
■ Lead Planner on-site from pre-ceremony through reception (up to 18 hours).
■ Assistant on site for 8 hours.

■ Oversee direction of schedule of events.
■ Organize and distribute personal flowers.
■ Oversee vendor coordination and set-up (florists, decorations, rentals, gift/cake tables, musicians, DJ, etc.).
■ Delivery of non-vendor items to ceremony and/or reception sites (such as programs, ceremonial objects, toasting glasses, cake and knife set, menu cards, escort cards, etc.).
■ Ceremony Coordination (ushering and hosting of guests before and after ceremony, overseeing of assigned ushers, organizing bridal party’s entrance/processional).
■ Photography Coordination (ensuring all family and bridal party members are organized and ready for photos and that photos are completed on time).
■ Reception Coordination (organization and introduction of bridal party, receiving line, cocktail hour, seating for dinner, toasts, cake-cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, bridal couple send-off).
■ Ensure preferred refreshments and appetizers are awaiting the newlyweds when they arrive at their reception.
■ Band or DJ direction, including announcements and proper name pronunciation.
■ Distribution of any final payments and/or gratuities to applicable vendors.
■ Wrap up details after newlyweds depart.
■ Oversee safe packing and transportation of gifts, cards and personal items such as toasting goblets, cake topper and guest book with a designated family or bridal party member.
■ Ensure all rental equipment is packed and returned.
