■ Oversee direction of schedule of events.
■ Oversee vendor coordination and set-up (florists, decorations, rentals, gift/cake tables, musicians, DJ, etc.).
■ Delivery of small personal items to ceremony and/or reception sites (such as programs, ceremonial objects, toasting glasses, cake and knife set, menu cards, escort cards, etc.).
■ Distribution of any final payments and/or gratuities to applicable vendors.
■ Oversee safe packing and transportation of gifts, cards and personal items such as toasting goblets, cake topper and guest book with a designated family or bridal party member.
